Dinnerware Classics, Inc. stocks our own merchandise. The in-stock quantity is listed down below each product description.
We retain the right to change shipping methods to either UPS or USPS so select the shipping method that is cheapest at check out. We retain the right to cancel orders to an unverified address or an address that we deem questionable or suspect.
With the exception of special shipping promotions, charges are calculated based on estimates of weight and size with DISCOUNTS on UPS from Monroe, Georgia. (The shipping calculator will come up when you place an item in your cart.) Please email or call us if the shipping calculator is not working properly.
International shipping. US Postage should calculate automatically but not all items can be mailed internationally. Please email for shipping costs and purchase instructions if the shipping calculator is not working properly email@example.com;firstname.lastname@example.org.
|*Â•||Dinnerware Classics, Inc. offers a 10 day return policy on any item, for any reason, but we do not refund shipping unless the item is not as described. We do not charge restocking fees. Please ask any questions first, as we want you to be happy with your purchase.|

|*||Dinnerware Classics, Inc. strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage and obtain proof of delivery.|
|*||DAMAGED ITEMS should be refused back to the carrier if you can see obvious damage to the packing or hear breakage at the time merchandise arrives. If you find damage upon opening a package, notify Dinnerware Classics, Inc. immediately for instructions. Save the merchandise with the original box and packing. If you do not notify Dinnerware Classics, Inc. of damaged goods within the first 10 days of arrival, you forfeit your right to any damage claim.|
|*||DEFECTIVE ITEMS should be returned directly to us within 10 days from your delivery date for full credit (including shipping), replacement, or exchange. Please call or email us before returning an item. Manufacturer guarantees and warranties will override the policy of Dinnerware Classics, Inc..|
|*||NON-DEFECTIVE returns are accepted directly by Dinnerware Classics, Inc. within 10 days from the date of your delivery. Upon receipt and inspection of the return Dinnerware Classics, Inc. will promptly refund the amount paid less our shipping cost or credit you for an exchange. Your refund will be made through the same payment medium as used when purchasing the item whenever possible. Please call or email us before returning an item.|

In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions stated on your purchase order and this Sale Agreement or any terms and conditions on our invoice, you agree that the provisions of this Sale Agreement and our invoice shall control.

Dinnerware Classics, Inc. makes no representation that materials in the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is not authorized.
Access, Interference and Linking
