American Brilliant Cut Glass, Crystal Sugar & Creamer
Big beautiful strawberry pattern. Antique lead crystal from the Brilliant-Cut era, 1880-1915. Featuring a big strawberry on the front and back of each piece with deep miter cuts to the sides. Big double hobstars cover the bottom, saw tooth tops, finished with punty cuts along the handles. This is a full size cream and sugar set. The cream is 3" to the spout and holds about 12 ounces. The sugar is 2 7/8" high, 7" across the handle and holds about 16 ounces. Together they weigh over 2 1/2 pounds.
Condition: The only chips I found are on the vertical miter cuts, one on the sugar and two on the creamer. They are very hard to see, please see the pictures. Also there is a separation in the glass where the creamer handle was applied, this would have been in the making.
