Merchandise
Dinnerware Classics, Inc. stocks most of our merchandise. The in-stock
quantity is listed at the end of each product description. But we do
sell merchandise readily available from our vendors in the USA, and usually with
little more delivery time than our in-stock merchandise.
The exception is merchandise that
is only stocked in Germany or France, in which case the excessive shipping time
will be spelled out in the product description. We will keep you informed
on the progress of your order.
Shipping Policy
With the exception of special shipping promotions, charges are
calculated based on estimates of weight and size with DISCOUNTS on both UPS
and USPS from Monroe, Georgia.
We do NOT charge handling fees. On USPS
postage, we pay the insurance on $51 or more and self insure items less than
$50. On UPS, we pay any additional charges for insurance.
We retain the right to change shipping methods
to either UPS or USPS so select the shipping method
that is cheapest at check out. For the Customer's protection, we
retain the right to refuse shipping to an unverified address or an address that
we deem questionable or suspect.
International
shipping. Shipping for Canadian customers should calculate
automatically up to 20 pounds. For other countries, please email for

Refund Policy

Dinnerware Classics, Inc. offers a 10 day return policy on any
item, for any reason, but we do not refund shipping unless the item
is not as described. We do not charge restocking fees. Please
ask any questions first, as we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product. NO returns of any
type will be accepted without an RMA number. |

All products returned MUST:
Be 100 percent complete, unused and never washed. Include any
manufacturer boxes and tags as received. |

Dinnerware Classics, Inc. strongly
recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or
damage and obtain proof of delivery. |

DAMAGED ITEMS should be
refused back to the carrier if you can see obvious damage to the packing
or hear breakage at the time merchandise arrives. If you find damage upon
opening a package, notify Dinnerware Classics, Inc. immediately for
instructions. Save the merchandise with the original box and
packing. If you do not notify Dinnerware Classics, Inc. of damaged goods
within the first 10 days of arrival, you forfeit your right
to any damage claim. |

DEFECTIVE item
should be returned directly to us within 10 days
from your delivery date for full credit (including
shipping), replacement, or exchange. Please call or email us before
returning an item. Manufacturer guarantees and warranties will
override the policy of Dinnerware Classics, Inc.. |

NON-DEFECTIVE
returns are accepted directly by Dinnerware Classics, Inc. within 10
days from the date of your delivery. Upon receipt and inspection of
the return Dinnerware Classics, Inc. will promptly refund the amount
paid less our shipping
cost or credit you for an
exchange. Your refund will be made through the same payment
medium as used when purchasing the item whenever possible. Please
call or email us before returning an item. |
Credit Cards
Credit card charges are processed online after verification of
an order.
Important Information About This Legal
Contract
In the event of any conflict between the terms and
conditions stated on your purchase order and this Sale Agreement or any terms
and conditions on our invoice, you agree that the provisions of this Sale
Agreement and our invoice shall control.
Privacy
Please review our Privacy Notice, which also governs your visit
to this Site.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your
account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree
to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or
password. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with a parent or
guardian. Dinnerware Classics, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service, terminate
accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole
discretion.

FEDERAL OR STATE COURTS LOCATED IN WALTON COUNTY, GA FOR PURPOSES OF ANY
SUIT, ACTION OR PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF THIS SALE AGREEMENT.
This Site is controlled and operated by Dinnerware Classics, Inc. from its offices within
the State of Georgia within the United States. Dinnerware Classics, Inc. makes no
representation that materials in the Site are appropriate or available for use
in other locations, and access to them from territories where their contents are
illegal is not authorized.
Access, Interference and Linking
Dinnerware Classics, Inc. grants you a limited license to access and make
personal use of the Site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify
it, or any portion of it, except as provided below under "Use Restrictions," or
with express written consent of Dinnerware Classics, Inc..
